Visit aetherEV Case study 05 · EV infrastructure
Turning EV charging into a simple, sellable part of new construction.
aetherEV needed to show property developers that charging infrastructure could be planned, installed and handed over without becoming another source of project complexity. The presentation turned the offer into a clear commercial journey—from early design through resident use.

The challenge
Developers needed more than another charger specification.
The client supplied the base material. The task was to turn it into a focused story for property developers—an audience balancing construction schedules, buyer expectations, cost certainty and long-term building operations.
The narrative moved away from individual product features and toward one accountable delivery model: plan early, price clearly, support the sale, install during construction and hand over a system that is ready to operate.
01 · Proof in place
Make the offer tangible through a real development.
The Redbridge project gives the proposition a physical context—connecting charging infrastructure to an identifiable developer, location, property type and installed system.

02 · Developer value
Organize the offer around the decisions developers make.
Fixed pricing, sales support, turnkey installation and ongoing operations become one coherent value proposition—not a disconnected list of services.

03 · Life after handover
Show what happens when construction ends.
The closing system makes the operational promise visible: automated billing, managed service and clean-fuel-credit administration are handled without creating another job for Strata.
